Copyright in all photographs created by sparkpassage-base remains with sparkpassage-base Ltd. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use delivered images for personal or commercial purposes as specified in their individual agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain the right to use photographs for our portfolio, promotional materials, social media, and competition entries. Clients who prefer their images to remain private should discuss this before the session.
