For larger projects exceeding £1,000, we can arrange payment in stages: 50% deposit to secure booking, with the balance due upon delivery. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and business invoicing with standard payment terms for established clients.
Additional edited images are available at £25 each for portrait sessions and £15 each for commercial work. We're happy to discuss this before or after your session. Many clients purchase extra images once they see the full gallery.
We're happy to review reference images and discuss how to achieve similar results within our approach. Some stylistic elements depend on specific lighting conditions, locations, or post-production techniques that we can incorporate into your project planning.
Cancellations more than 14 days before your session receive a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session within 90 days. Weather-dependent outdoor shoots can be rescheduled at no charge.
We work with professional print labs and can coordinate museum-quality prints, canvas wraps, albums, and framing. Print pricing varies by size and material. We provide recommendations and can manage the entire process if preferred.
We archive all project files for a minimum of two years. After that period, we recommend clients maintain their own backup of delivered files. Extended archiving can be arranged for an annual fee.
